What is your cancellation policy?
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged the full service fee.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. The full service cost will still apply.
