What is your cancellation policy? 

  • Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged the full service fee.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. The full service cost will still apply.
