What is your cancellation policy? 

• Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

• No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged the full service fee.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. The full service cost will still apply.

How do I book an appointment?

Do I need to arrive with clean lashes for lash services?

Yes! Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure the best retention and to make the most of your appointment time.

How often should I get a lash fill?

Most clients come in every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness and keep their lashes looking fresh.

Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?

It’s not recommended, as mascara can shorten the life of your extensions. If you must wear mascara, I recommend the GrandeLASH mascara, which is extension-safe and available for purchase at Opal Esthetics.

What’s the difference between a lash lift and lash extensions?

A lash lift curls and tints your natural lashes for a more lifted, enhanced look without added length. Lash extensions involve applying individual synthetic lashes to create more dramatic length and fullness.

How should I prepare for a brow wax?

Avoid using retinol or exfoliants near your brows for at least 5 days before your appointment. Letting your brows grow out slightly will also help with shaping.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! I use professional-grade products that are gentle and suitable for most skin types. Please notify me ahead of time if you have allergies or sensitivities.

Do you take walk-ins?

All services are by appointment only to ensure a personalized, one-on-one experience.

Can I get my lash extensions wet?

Yes! Once your lashes are completely dry before you leave, the adhesive is fully cured, so it’s safe to get them wet right after your appointment.

How do I care for my lash extensions?

• Clean daily with an oil-free lash cleanser

• Avoid oil-based products, which can break down the adhesive

• Brush gently with a clean spoolie to keep them fluffy

You can purchase a lash cleansing kit at Opal Esthetics.

How long does a lash lift last?

A lash lift typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle.

Can I wear makeup after a lash lift?

Yes, but wait 24 hours before applying eye makeup. Always remove makeup gently to help maintain your lift.
